Private sessions
Private training is one of the best gifts you can give to your health. You will be working with Blanca Cubillos, who will do a detailed preliminary assessment of your posture, strength and flexibility. She will then design a program based on your needs and goals. Small Group Classes
The techniques are successful when attention to the small details is given. The way we use our breath and biomechanics is key. That's why the classes have a maximum of 4 people. The trainer can then provide the necessary attention to the participants:
