
HYPOPRESSIVE TECHNIQUE:
It is a training system that helps postural reeducation and is the most advanced training methodology in exercise science. It is the fitness method that aims to lower the intra abdominal pressure. It consists of a series of exercises, through which we control posture, breathing and the diaphragm, managing to raise the viscera (uterus, bladder, rectum and intestines) and tone the abdominal girdle, among many other benefits.

GYROTONIC®
It is a system that was born to rehabilitate and prevent injuries. It combines tai chi, swimming, and dance. At the end of a session, the practitioners feel as if they had had a massage and in addition a supple and toned musculature. It was created for all types of people regardless of age or physical condition because it increases the body's ability to work in a harmonious way. Its creator, Romanian Julius Horvath, developed it in the 1980s in New York City, after he himself suffered injuries during his career as a dancer.
