Estos servicios est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para mejorar el bienestar f\u00edsico, abordar problemas del suelo p\u00e9lvico, di\u00e1stasis de rectos y mejorar la movilidad. Las sesiones son t\u00edpicamente de una hora de duraci\u00f3n y pueden ser privadas o en d\u00fao.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"section-item\">\n<p class=\"section-heading\"><strong>2. Orientaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica y Ajustes Manuales (Physical Guidance and Manual Adjustments)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"section-content\">Autorizo a los instructores de Spirare Fitness LLC a proporcionar orientaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, ajustes manuales y toque ligero durante las sesiones para facilitar el movimiento correcto, evaluar el compromiso del diafragma o proporcionar un masaje ligero. Esto puede incluir, entre otros, guiar mis extremidades, colocar las manos en mi espalda o abdomen, o tocar suavemente mi cabeza o cuello. Instructores en Entrenamiento (Trainee Instructors)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"section-content\">Entiendo que Spirare Fitness LLC puede asignar instructores en entrenamiento (trainees) para conducir mis sesiones. Estos trainees est\u00e1n en proceso de obtener sus certificaciones de <span style=\"font-family: &apos;Times New Roman&apos;, Times, serif\"><b>GYROTONIC\u00ae<\/b><\/span> y\/o Low Pressure Fitness y est\u00e1n bajo la supervisi\u00f3n y gu\u00eda de instructores experimentados. Al participar en una sesi\u00f3n con un trainee, doy mi consentimiento para su instrucci\u00f3n y reconozco que su nivel de experiencia puede diferir del de un instructor completamente certificado.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"section-item\">\n<p class=\"section-heading\"><strong>6.
